2. Eligibility and Account Use

To use the Service Raju platform, you must adhere to the following eligibility and account rules:

  • Users must be 18 years or older to create an account and book services.
  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete account information during registration.
  • Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Unauthorized use of accounts or sharing credentials is strictly prohibited.
  • Fraudulent accounts or misuse of the platform may lead to immediate account suspension or termination.

3. Platform Usage Rules

We expect all users to maintain a respectful and safe environment. Acceptable and unacceptable behaviors include:

  • Technicians are independent service providers operating their own businesses.
  • They are solely responsible for the execution, quality, and workmanship of the service provided.
  • They must follow standard safety practices and maintain professional standards at all times.
  • Customers are advised to verify work completion to their satisfaction before making the final payment.

5. Payment and Billing Policy

We support secure online payment methods (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking) through our integrated payment gateways. Cash payments are also accepted where applicable and agreed upon during booking. All online payment processing policies adhere to standard financial regulations.

The final bill includes the service cost, platform service charges, and applicable government taxes (e.g., GST). Service Raju handles the payment settlement for service providers, ensuring they receive their earnings securely and on time after the successful completion of the job.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Customer Cancellation Rules: Customers can cancel a booking free of charge up to a specified time before the scheduled service (usually 2-4 hours).
  • Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made shortly before the scheduled time or when the professional is already en route may incur a late cancellation fee.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed for valid cancellations, overcharges, or in cases where the service could not be delivered due to platform or provider fault.
  • Refund Timelines: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may not apply for completed services where the customer signed off on the work, or for materials purchased specifically for the job.

7. Customer Conduct and Safety

To ensure a smooth service experience, customers must adhere to the following:

  • Provide a safe, hazard-free working environment for the service professional.
  • Treat service professionals respectfully and courteously.
  • Avoid any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior.
